Yes. You can cancel from your Settings page any time. You'll retain Pro features through the end of your current billing cycle.

Your data is preserved. If your account exceeds Free limits after downgrade, you'll be prompted to reduce usage or upgrade again.

We use Stripe for billing and accept all major credit cards. For annual subscriptions, Stripe may also offer ACH bank transfer depending on region. For invoice payment links sent to your clients, we support Stripe, Square, and PayPal, enabling payments via cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and more.

Yes. Card data is processed by Stripe and never stored directly by Simplance. Billing is encrypted and handled with PCI-compliant infrastructure.

Yes. Simplance Pro is software you use to run your freelance business, which makes it a normal Schedule C business expense in the US. We can't give tax advice, but every Pro subscription is logged in your account so it's easy to hand off to your accountant or import at year-end.

Pro includes 1 business. Need more? Add extra businesses for $4.99/month or $49.99/year each. Each add-on is a separate subscription you can cancel independently.
