What happens to my data when I downgrade from Pro to Free?

Passwords must be at least 6 characters and include at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character. NO. Your EMAIL is ALWAYS PRIVATE and never shown on your profile, in community posts, or anywhere publicly. Private data (email, password, financial data unless you share it, filter settings, goals, analytics) is never exposed. You control what's public by editing your profile (open your profile page and click 'Edit Profile').

Why don't I see AI advisor results or forecasts?

The AI advisor requires at least 30 days of financial data (invoices, expenses) to detect patterns. If you just signed up, you won't have forecasts yet - add invoices and expenses to build your history. Also check: (1) Are you on the Advisor page (/advisor route)? (2) Refresh the page to trigger re-calculation. (3) Check if you have at least 10 entries across different dates (sparse data = unreliable forecasts). The more data, the better the predictions!

Why can't I see other users' avatars in the community?

If avatars show as fallback initials (letters) instead of images: (1) The user hasn't uploaded an avatar yet (many users don't), (2) Avatar image failed to load (check browser console for 404 errors—might be a broken URL), (3) Ad blockers or privacy extensions might block image requests to Supabase storage (try disabling). Fallback initials are INTENTIONAL and show a single letter (e.g., 'J' for Jacob)—this is correct behavior when no avatar image exists.
